People often call me a good troublemaker, and I wear that badge proudly. My work is about helping organizations surface what’s getting stuck, strengthen collaboration, and move toward clear, coordinated action.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve led and advised large-scale initiatives in nonprofit, government, and private sectors, driving innovation and solving problems that others deemed impossible. From overseeing a $600 million agency in Los Angeles to shaping national policy strategies, I’ve spent my career helping move difficult, high-stakes work forward.

But let’s get real: My work is never just about frameworks, plans, or process. At the center of everything I do are relationships, trust, and the ability to bring people into meaningful alignment around what matters most. Whether I’m advising an executive through a pivotal decision or helping an organization move through transformation, I bring clarity, candor, deep listening, and a relentless focus on forward movement.

When I’m not working, I’m building a life as fierce and intentional as the one I help others create alongside my family in Silver Spring, Maryland. I’m also a proud mom,🎗warrior, and unapologetic Wakanda builder who believes deeply in courage, joy, truth-telling, and the power of good trouble.
