I see you.
I hear you.
I’m with you.
COACHING
Focus is on empowering Black and BIPOC women, queer, transgender and/or gender expansive folks and creating a space or container for us to work together to help you show up differently and completely in your life - both professionally and personally.
CONSULTING
Focus is on helping organizations, who are committed to justice and equity, move beyond rhetoric, false narratives, and aspirations to create the change they are seeking both within their organizations and for the people they serve and the changemakers they want to influence.
There is injustice in the systems created to facilitate equity and justice. It’s time to call B-S on those systems and learn to show up in them differently AND build truly equitable spaces.
I am the right partner for you if:
You are ready to tap into your inner fire, wisdom and power.
You are ready to push yourself BEYOND your ancestors’ wildest dreams.
You are tired of the status quo.
You are DONE with performative allyship.
You understand power-shifting is key.
You recognize that driving real change and building truly inclusive environments, policies, programs and practices is uncomfortable at best.
You truly believe in equity and justice.
You are not limited by what is, but committed to what could be.
Want to discuss further? Not sure if this is for you?
COACHING
Ready to stop trying so hard and show up authentically in every area of your life?
As a certified decolonized coach, my coaching commitment is to hold space for Black and BIPOC women, queer, transgender and/or gender expansive folks to be their most authentic, joyful, transformative and liberated selves.
My approach is designed to help you show up differently in spaces that are often inequitable and systems that are often oppressive.
This can be particularly acute issue in organizations that are mission driven, equity focused, and/or justice focused, because sometimes they are the most resistant to the realization that even within their organizations, inequity and oppression still exist.
The idea is to empower you and equip you with tools and confidence you need to be your best advocate, your best strategist and to ensure that you can show up feeling strong, equipped, powerful and authentic.

My Approach
I don’t believe there is a one-size fits all approach to coaching, but there are a few things that are core for me:
YOUR space, YOUR container.
You set the agenda, you decide how we move, and I act as a guide on the journey.
I hold space, but it is YOUR journey.
Setting a timeframe for engagement.
Results oriented = measurable goals and objectives.
Focus on mindset in addition to strategy and tactics.
Commitment to creating a safe and confidential space.
Creation of a container to hold space for you, but success will require partnership.
Benefits
After coaching you will:
Learn to RISE. Differently.
Know that YOU do not require fixing, because YOU are not broken…the systems are broken…by design.
Know that YOU are your own healer.
Know that have the wisdom and capacity to navigate any issue.
Approach your work differently…grounded in a commitment to yourself first.
Show up as the most authentic version of yourself, advocate for themselves and be confident charting your own path and developing your own metric of success.
Show up feeling strong, equipped, powerful and authentic.

CONSULTING
Ready to build truly equitable and inclusive systems, programs, and policies?
In my consulting work, I partner with institutions and organizations who truly want to ground their work in, and frame their work around, equity and justice, to move beyond rhetoric, false narratives, and aspirations to create the change they are seeking both within their organizations and for the people they serve.
This means exploring what it would really require for institutions and organizations committed to addressing (in)justice both internally and externally to do to achieve equity and inclusivity, e.g., anti-racist strategies and processes, power-shifting, truly engaging with the community, particularly those with lived experience, etc.
